What are Violet Sheets? Violet Sheets are fillable, condition-specific advocacy tools designed to help you prepare for medical appointments, track your symptoms, and communicate more effectively with your healthcare providers. They are not medical advice — they are your preparation tools.
What are Toolkits? Toolkits are curated bundles built around a specific health topic. A toolkit may include a collection of Violet Sheets, a checklist, a tracker, an interactive web app, or a combination of resources — everything you need for that topic in one place.
What is the Appointment Architect? The Appointment Architect is a Rooted in Violet & Co. web app that walks you through building a personalized preparation plan for your next medical appointment. It helps you organize your symptoms, questions, concerns, and history so you walk into every appointment prepared and confident.
When does my monthly freebie arrive? Your monthly freebie is released on the first of each month and is available to all members, including the free Rooted tier.
Is this covered by insurance or HSA/FSA? We are not a medical provider, and membership fees are not currently HSA/FSA eligible. We recommend checking with your plan administrator if you have questions about reimbursement eligibility.
