Violet Sheets are fillable, condition-specific advocacy tools designed to help you prepare for medical appointments, track your symptoms, and communicate more effectively with your healthcare providers. They are not medical advice — they are your preparation tools.
Toolkits are curated bundles built around a specific health topic. A toolkit may include a collection of Violet Sheets, a checklist, a tracker, an interactive web app, or a combination of resources — everything you need for that topic in one place. We are actively building our toolkits and do not anticipate these will be fully operational before January 2027 — however, you will still have access to the web apps listed in your membership tier above.
The Violet Appointment Architect is a Rooted in Violet & Co. web app that walks you through building a personalized preparation plan for your next medical appointment, guided by the ROOT Framework. It helps you organize your symptoms, questions, concerns, and history so you walk into every appointment prepared and confident.
Your monthly freebie is released on the first of each month and is available to all members, including the free Grounded tier.
We are not a medical provider, and membership fees are not currently HSA/FSA eligible. We recommend checking with your plan administrator if you have questions about reimbursement eligibility.
