  1. Membership Tiers, Billing, and Cancellation
    Rooted in Violet & Co. LLC offers the following membership tiers:
  • Grounded— Free
  • Tier 1: Rising — $7.00 per month
  • Tier 2: Rooted Advocate — $19.00 per month
  • Paid memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By enrolling in a paid membership, you authorize Rooted in Violet & Co. LLC to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

Refunds: All membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at the contact information provided in Section 11.

We reserve the right to modify membership pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any pricing changes prior to your next billing cycle.

  1. Intellectual Property and Use License
